The founding member of Bambanani Scrap Metal Dealers (Pty) Ltd was Mr. Relly Nkuna and majority shareholder of 60% of this company with 2 principal members, Mr. Stephan Mynhardt and Mr. Faan Mynhardt which both holds 20% shares.

Bambanani Scrap Metal Dealers opened its doors for trading in 2013 and has since grown to become a prominent player in the scrap metal sector in Mpumalanga.
